FALAB Judicial Appraisal Institute is an organizational unit of product quality appraisal determined by Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. It is a professional organization of product quality forensic appraisal for social service with administrative permission and obtained from the Insurance Regulatory Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Administration of Judicial Appraisal. The insurance assessment business license issued is a comprehensive laboratory approved by CNAS (China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment) and CMA (Certification of Measurement Qualifications). It was invested by Shanghai Fudan University Science and Technology Park in 2006. At present, it has more than 200 professional and technical personnel, such as judicial appraisers and authorized signatories. There are more than 3,000 people in our home. The laboratory covers an area of 10,000 square meters. It has more than 500 sets of professional appraisal instruments and equipment with a total value of over 100 million yuan.

As one of the excellent judicial appraisal institutions in China, FALAB has been appointed to "safeguard judicial justice". Over the past 10 years, FALAB has been recognized by more than 1,000 courts, public security, procuratorates, arbitration commissions and security supervision institutions in more than 30 provinces, municipalities and regions. With the attitude of "fairness, impartiality, science and objectivity", FALAB Experts continuously provide judicial expertise reports for courts, public security, procuratorates, arbitration and other units at all levels of the country, providing a solid basis for impartial judgments.
