Recently, three major platforms, namely, Guangxi China Food Inspection Co., Ltd., Beibu Gulf Inspection and Certification Public Service Platform, and Beihai National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Professional Base (Aquatic Products Base) Public Test and Inspection Service Platform, were established in Beihai Marine Industry Science and Technology Park. The establishment of the three testing institutions'platforms marks a new step in the construction of the Beibu Gulf inspection and certification public service platform, which will better guarantee the food safety of Beihai City and provide testing and certification services and technical support for the development of marine industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.

Xie Wen, deputy director of Beihai Marine Industrial Park Management Committee, introduced China Inspection and Quarantine Guangxi Company, built Beibu Gulf Inspection and Certification Public Service Platform, and Beihai National Foreign Trade Transition and Upgrading Professional Demonstration Base (Aquatic Products Base) Public Test and Detection Service Platform. After that, the two sides will build and share infrastructure together, and focus on it. We will build scientific research service platforms and industrial demonstration bases, better serve the territorial governments and the people in the jurisdiction, speed up the formation of food safety co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and play an active role in food safety testing and aquatic products export trade.

"Through the construction of the inspection and testing system for the quality and safety of agricultural and food products, traceability system for the quality and safety of agricultural and food products, Beihai Rapid Detection System and Marine Biological Quality and Safety Technical Training Center, China Inspection and Inspection Group Guangxi Company will build a sea which integrates inspection, testing, calibration, training, consultation and design technologies. The public inspection and testing service platform of marine biology will play the role of China National Team of Inspection and Certification, and make greater contributions to the development of marine industry in the Beihai Sea and food safety in the whole region. After the completion of the public testing and testing service platform of Beihai National Model Base for Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading (Aquatic Products Base), food testing has been taken as the focus of development, investment in food testing laboratories has been increased, and testing capacity has been enhanced. The number of approved projects has increased from 486 to more than 4500. Based on this platform, the platform detects business and radiates the aquatic products import and export enterprises in Guangxi. At present, the platform has signed preferential agreements with more than 20 aquatic foreign trade enterprises to overcome the technical difficulties of inspection, help export enterprises break trade barriers and promote the rapid development of foreign trade.

In recent years, centering on the overall situation of marine economic development in the city, the Marine Industrial Park has introduced many top domestic marine scientific research institutions, universities and enterprises to build the Southern Marine Science and Technology City and an important carrier of marine economy. "This time, the inspection of food in Guangxi was stationed in the marine industrial park, which further strengthened the technical cooperation and exchanges between Beihai City and the domestic advanced inspection institutions, strengthened the strength of marine scientific research and detection, promoted the upgrading and development of the scientific and technological service industry in the whole city, and was of great significance to the construction of the ecological system of the modern marine industry in Beihai City."
