Encourage motor vehicle inspection and testing institutions to expand their operational capabilities in vehicle safety technical inspection and comprehensive performance testing, guide inspection institutions with only comprehensive performance testing qualification of motor vehicles, apply for motor vehicle safety technical inspection qualification, and achieve “ two-in-one-rdquo; and mutual recognition of results.
