Recently, the Ningxia Muslim Autonomous Region Judicial Bureau and Ningxia Judicial Appraisal Association, jointly with the Basic Medical College of Ningxia Medical University, held a training course for forensic clinical forensic experts in Yinchuan, and a training course for forensic clinical forensic experts in 2017. A total of 127 forensic clinical forensic experts from five cities, forensic doctors, judges from public security, procuratorial and court systems, and medical claims personnel from insurance companies participated in the training.

This training course has carried out special lectures on forensic clinical forensic expertise and Discussion on difficult cases of forensic expertise. The experts also answered and exchanged with the participants in the training course, combining with specific cases and years of expertise.

The training course mainly embodies three characteristics. First, give full play to the advantages of running a college. This training is an attempt of the Judicial Appraisal Administration of the Department of Justice and Ningxia Judicial Appraisal Association to carry out training closely relying on the educational institutions of colleges and universities. It is located in Ningxia Medical University. The college has given strong support from the venue, teachers, curriculum, academic exchange and other aspects, which makes the training course professional and academic. The sex is stronger. Two, the scope of training has been expanded. The target of this training is not limited to the forensic clinical forensic experts of the whole region, but also to the forensic doctors and judges of the public procuratorial law system and the compensation personnel of insurance companies. It plays a positive role in promoting the application of unified technical standards of forensic expertise in the whole region and guaranteeing the fairness and efficiency of forensic expertise. Three, training has achieved good results. Participants in the training are highly motivated, including young comrades of the judicial bureau who have just joined the judicial expertise management team, who voluntarily request to participate in the training, and old forensic experts who have entered the old age are afraid of their old age and have listened carefully. Many trainees said that the training content is novel, close to the actual work, and integrates skills upgrading, case study and theoretical research. It has played a positive role in further improving the level of forensic clinical forensic expertise in our region and enhancing the comprehensive ability of forensic expertise team.
