Speaking about "how to solve the pain point" of the testing industry, Liu Xuesen, president of Huabi Laboratory, pointed out that the testing industry has begun to talk about lean. Every industry that talks about lean means that it has entered a mature period. When an industry is in the Red Sea period, this is often the most opportune time for innovators. In terms of product quality and general principles of judicial appraisal procedure, Huabi takes the lead in formulating standards. China's products go out of the judicial field when problems arise. 70% of the cases of judicial appraisal of product quality are made in Huabi. At present, the testing industry has done a lot of work in environment, health and safety, but it is very weak in quality and performance testing. One is the standard problem, the other is the technical method. Inspection and testing emphasize more standardized operation, while quality emphasizes analysis, such as quality life assessment, cause analysis, identification of responsible parties, design improvement, material selection, which is a new requirement for inspection and testing institutions. And the emergence of such a testing and testing organization will impact the market now.
Speaking about the "strategic layout of testing institutions", as a representative of private enterprises, Liu Xuesen said that private enterprises are difficult to achieve large and complete, only by doing well and strengthening can they become bigger. Indeed, private enterprises need self-financing to meet the basic equipment, venues, personnel allocation, which is already under great pressure, if you want to do a very comprehensive, it will be even more difficult. Therefore, private enterprises must have something new, hard enough and innovative enough to discuss which direction they should go. Which direction to go depends on the entrepreneur himself, but in any case, the first step must be to refine.
Talk about "personal testing business, equipment can become a growth point? "When Liu Xuesen made it clear that he did not undertake personal testing business, he said that consumers might think that the results of forensic testing are contingent and prone to controversy; secondly, personal testing involves a lot of non-standard testing, followed by technical identification, quality identification, commissioning process, clients, sample destruction or not. With such complicated and tedious issues, he believes that this business will hardly become the next growth point.
